It is the responsibility and management intent in ensuring the safety, health of her employees, with a short service employee programme (SSEP). This has been designed to enhance and create the necessary awareness as regards safety and environmental matters in the employee. This programme usually give special considerations to employees with less than 6 months working experience in a particular job, via safety workshops, seminars, practical on the job training etc.
